Payment and Billing Terms
How and when you are charged, what appears on your statement, and what happens if a payment fails.
Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Available methods are shown at checkout and can vary by country and device.
When you are charged
Payment is authorised and taken when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Card security
Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. Stampora never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code. We see only a token and the last four digits, which is what lets us match a payment to your order.
Currency and tax
All prices and charges are in US dollars. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee that we neither control nor receive. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
What appears on your statement
Charges appear as STAMPORA or a closely similar descriptor. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@stampora.us before opening a dispute; we can almost always identify and resolve it faster than a chargeback process can.
Failed and declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and no goods are reserved. Declines usually come from your bank rather than from us. A declined attempt may briefly show as a pending authorisation on your account; these release automatically, typically within a few business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post the credit. See returns and refunds.
Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not silently charge you more than the price you agreed.
